Continental Realty Named Among Top Five Management Companies Surveyed For Resident Satisfaction

Nineteen local apartment communities owned and managed by Continental Realty earn superior rating based on resident surveys

Continental Realty Corporation was named among the top five Property Management Companies to receive the National Company award for resident satisfaction in the 5,000 to 9,999 apartment unit category. Nearly 300 property management companies participate in an annual resident satisfaction survey administered by Satisfacts, a third-party company that uncovers timely information about overall resident satisfaction and ways to improve the residential experience. Continental Realty has received a Superior overall company award for the third year in a row.

In addition, nineteen local apartment communities, owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation, have earned a Superior rating based entirely on the comments of the residents that live within each community.

Nearly 80% of all apartment communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation achieved the “A” List designation.

Eight of the properties are located in Baltimore City, including Brook View, Cross Country Manor, Hunting Hills & Mallow Hill, Kenilworth at Hazelwood & Windridge, Mount Ridge, Northwood Ridge, Rock Glen. Nine of the apartment communities are positioned in Baltimore County, including Cardiff Hall East, Courthouse Square, The Crossings at White Marsh, Doncaster Village, Donnybrook, Kenilworth at Charles, Kenilworth at Perring Park, McDonogh Township, Stevenson Lane and Padonia Village. One Annapolis-area property — The Reserve at Quiet Waters – was selected and one property in Northern Virginia – Chase Heritage, made the list.
